Rules on tram, bus, and metro

We want you to get to your destination as comfortably and safely as possible. To make the journey as comfortable as possible, we use the statutory recorded transportation conditions. In addition, GVB also has its own internal regulations. These are based on the Passenger Transport Act art. 70-73, the aim of which is to guarantee order, peace and safety. We respectfully ask you to obey our rules and the instructions of GVB employees.
