Compensation for metro disruption

You can quickly and easily request a refund for the additional travel cost incurred by completing our complaint form. To make the processing of this refund as efficient as possible, please complete the form in the following manner:

Description:
We ask you to provide the following information:
  1. Start your description with "Compensation for metro disruption".
  2. The alternative route you took that you are requesting compensation. For example, "From Bijlmer Arena to Amsterdam Central Station using NS rail."
  3. The expenses you incurred that you want compensated.
  4. The IBAN bank account number for depositing the refund.

Attachment: Please upload scans or photo of the receipts and/or tickets here.
Personal details: Make sure you enter the required information, first name, surname, gender, phone number and email address.

We only use the information you supply to quickly handle your request.
If you are not able to submit your request digitally, you can mail the above information and receipts without a stamp to: GVB Customer Service, Antwoordnummer 10082, 1000 PA Amsterdam.
