The coronavirus measures have reduced the number of people using public transport, so the timetable has been adjusted where fewer people are traveling. This has led to us receiving many questions about the early or interim cancellation of a variety of types of season tickets and other travel products.

New online season ticket system: frequently asked questions

We have switched over to a new season ticket system so that it is possible to purchase and manage a season ticket online. It is no longer necessary to go to our Service & Tickets offices to purchase, change, or cancel an annual season ticket. You can do so online in MyGVB. In addition, MyGVB allows you to manage your personal details, extend the season ticket, subscribe to our newsletter, and to set notifications (an Alert). This new option allows us to provide you with better service.
