You can cancel your annual subscription on a monthly basis in
MyGVB. Cancellation is possible from the first subsequent month and dependent on your payment collection date. Note! You will then lose the two free months at the end of the subscription period.
If you purchased a subscription at a GVB Service & Ticket counter, you can request a cancellation via the
Customer Service web form. Here, too, cancellation is possible from the first subsequent month. Make sure you clearly indicate from which date the cancellation is to apply (retroactive dates are not possible), your public transport chip card number and its expiry date, your name and address details, and your bank account number. You will then receive a message from us when your subscription has been cancelled. You will still need to go to a GVB vending machine to collect your cancellation! Only then will your subscription actually be cancelled.
