Processing times

Queries and complaints
We endeavor to answer your question within five workdays and your complaint within fifteen workdays.

Refund
We try to handle your submitted refund claim within fifteen workdays. You will receive a notification of whether your claim is accepted or refused. 

Objection to ticket
We endeavor to respond to your reaction to the receiving a ticket within 28 workdays.
