scholenvoorlichting.jpg
The GVB training is called Trammelant and consists of two lessons about desirable-undesirable and safe-unsafe behavior in and around public transport. Two GVB trainers go to the school to talk with secondary school students about public transportation and discuss their experiences with it.

Teaching materials and instructors
This education consists of a video, a quiz, and a presentation. At the end of the class, every student receives a comic book with questions and a pen to take home with them. The teacher can work with the students on the questions in the comic book.

GVB provides the necessary lesson material: two trainers, the film, comic book and pens. The only resources that the school must provide are a projector and computer. View the trailer below for the film Check in... chill out.

How to behave on public transportation
In the week before the training is given, GVB carries out checks on travel passes and behavior on public transportation around the school. One violation will usually only be result in a warning. In the week after the training, GVB will carry out "real" checks. If desired by your school, the GVB trainers will return each year to give the lesson to the first graders.
