From Monday 18 June, the #GVB Twitter tram with Wi-Fi will be in service in the city. You can use the internet for free on this tram. The Twitter tram will be in service this week on route 9 and is covered in stickers with different tweets.
This is a pilot test where we are researching whether it is possible to install wireless internet on all trams, buses, metros (and ferries).

Traveler central
Twitter provides us with another way of communicating with our passengers. Via @GVB_klanten , you can ask questions, share your experiences about public transportation, or submit a complaint.
Twitter is an accessible medium where you can receive a response quickly or start a discussion. This will allow us to work together to improve public transportation in Amsterdam.
