GVB general terms & conditions for using wireless internet
- GVB is providing one tram (number 781 covered with stickers) with free internet access for its passengers for personal and non-commercial use. We are happy to provide this added-value service in the Twitter tram.
- GVB does not offer any support in setting up connections with third-party devices.
- Use of this service is only possible using mobile devices fitted with appropriate Wi-Fi provisions.
- The use of the wireless network of GVB is based on the fair use policy.
- GVB reserves the right to intervene when there is significantly more data traffic than normal.
- GVB reserves the right at all times to break the connection.
- The signal strength during the ride will not be the same everywhere in the tram. This means that speed and availability will be affected.
- GVB is not liable for the information that the user publishes on the internet. A user is entirely responsible for the information that they place on the internet.
- The user declares that GVB is never liable for any disruption of the internet or network and/or loss of data of loss of income caused by technical or other disruptions.
- GVB has the right to deactivate the wireless network at any time.
- GVB has the right to remove a user from the network when they do not behave appropriately or do not adhere to GVB regulations.
- GVB takes no responsibility and is not liable for the safety of the device, laptop configurations, removal of security, or changes to files as a consequence of using the GVB wireless network.
- GVB takes no responsibility and is not liable for the changes to the settings of the computer or other device and cannot provide any guarantee that the network will work in combination with your mobile device.
