GVB operations run continuously to transport its passengers. Starting early in the morning to late at night, we bring three-quarters of a million people to their destination each day.

Incomplete transactions

In 2014, results were announced for the study on incomplete transactions, namely, the financial effects of passengers forgetting to check out with an OV-chipkaart. Across the nation, 1.7% of the trips with a boarding base rate were not checked out.

* as of 2010, the OV-chipkaart became the source of data (paying passengers). Previously, the source of data came from the WROOV (work group on quantifying passengers and sales commissioned by the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management) and included fare dodgers.
